What kind of brain or memory supplements would you recommend for a college student?

Would you recommend taking phosphatidylserine supplements? I%26#039;m a junior UG, although I%26#039;ve read that PS is usually taken by adults over 35. Other memory enhancing supplements are B-complex vitamins, magnesium, CoQ10, alpha-lipoic acid, fish oil, flax seed oil, Chinese club moss, ginkgo, and ginseng.

There is an all natural supplement called Memory Optimizer. Contains herbs and naturally sourced compounds. It provides dietary support for improved memory, learning, and overall brain health. It combines Bacopa monnieri and vinpocetine, two clinically proven ingredients that provide dietary support to enhance memory and cognitive function. Bacopa improves memory and the ability to learn new information. Vinpocetine enhances blood flow, glucose utilization, and has been shown to increase oxygen uptake to the brain.
