Is vitamin water good for you or not? becuase I drink it all the time. especially the Focus or kiwi-strawberry kind. It says that it has vitamin A and ginkgo biloba in it (whatever that is) Does anyone know if thats good or bad?

It%26#039;s OK for you. But, not especially OK for your wallet. Vitamin water, along with most bottled waters, are a total ripoff.

I think vitamin water is one of those things that isnt good or bad for you. Its just somewhere in the middle.
